OVERVIEW
This eight-hour course, which requires completion of the Carbine 1 course as a prerequisite, includes both classroom instruction and range time. Training covers immediate action drills for handling a “click” instead of a “bang,” as well as administrative, bolt lock-back, and tactical reloads. Students will practice engaging multiple targets with an emphasis on eye movement and trigger reset, along with movement drills such as the box drill in all four directions and diagonally. Consistent performance will be developed through deliberate, high-quality repetitions of all techniques. The course concludes with a practical qualification shoot to earn a certificate.
